War Poets Association - 'Fall in Ghosts' revisited - 14 July 2012

Donation to Church explains Blunden's connection

In the church where Edmund is buried visitors can buy a booklet of his poems, selected by Jim White, a dear friend of Blunden's. However, many people have bought the booklet but not realised that Blunden is actually buried in the churchyard. Jim has kindly provided a display piece to make this connection clear. Blunden's youngest daughter, Catherine Ferron, tells us more.

Jim White Booklet For Sale

Edmund Blunden joins Oxford University's First World War digital archive

The First World War Poetry Digital Archive is an online repository of over 4000 items of text, images, audio, and video for teaching, learning, and research.

The archive includes collections of primary material from major poets of the period, including Wilfred Owen, Isaac Rosenberg, Robert Graves and now Edmund Blunden.

The Edmund Blunden Collection, which includes previously unseen material, goes live on 2 September 2009.
